PLANMalaysia Conference/Meeting/Training Room Booking System
Introduction:
This system was established to coordinate the booking process for Conference Room, Meeting Room and Training Room managed by the PLANMalaysia’s Management Service Division (Bahagian Khidmat Pengurusan). The availability of the room can be checked through the calendar generated by the system.
Kindly obtain the key and iPad for Tanjung@13 Conference Room and key for Cenderawasih@11 Meeting Room from the room coordinator at Seksyen Pentadbiran. The Kemboja@11 Training Room key’s can be obtained from the room coordinator at Seksyen Sumber Manusia once the booking is completed
